I’m Sharice - physical therapist, movement nerd, and owner of Paradigm.
Fitness has always been a core part of who I am — from playing sports and lifting weights to becoming a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and ultimately earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Over time, I noticed a significant gap in the rehab world: too many athletes and active individuals are being told to stop doing what they love. So, I created Paradigm to change that narrative.
Movement is medicine — & you don’t need to be “pain-free” to stay active. I help people train while managing pain rather than avoiding it. Whether you’re navigating an injury or pursuing new performance goals, we’ll blend hands-on treatment, individualized programming, & clear communication — with your goals always leading the way.
